In the suit against the NYT, his reps pointed to a text message where she was okay with his being in her trailer while she breastfed...once. They seemed to be saying: "See? See? He had permission." All well and good, but clearly there was something else for there to be a production meeting to discuss new workplace policies. And it doesn't get rid of the clear retaliation.
Here's what I'd expect: "We have documented permission for 75% of the times he entered her trailer. There is a clear pattern of respectful behavior." Something tells me he doesn't have that. He just has one text message. Who's really trying to take communications out of context and cherry pick?
