It's aging pretty well, considering how hard it is to, you know, tell the future and all. Russia has been at it a month, and what do they have to show for it? Popasna? The suburbs of Izyum? Half of Severodonetsk? Ukraine hasn't reverted to anything - they are doing the best thing they can to repel Russian advances. I'm sure Ukraine would prefer to be doing anything but fighting WW1.b, but Russia decided to squat like a big fat slug in Eastern Ukraine. Scratch that - Ukraine would prefer not to be fighting at all. They were, lest we forget, minding their own business and just being. For that crime, Russia is punishing them with criminal aggression. There's no both sides here. There is an aggressor and a country left with no choice but to bomb its own countryside to remove a noxious tick.
